What is Mineral Cosmetics?Mineral Cosmetics is what makeup should be: All of the coverage, color, and finesse, without the chemicals, synthetics, and dyes. Our Mineral Cosmetics are loose powders that have no fillers added to them. The powders are actually crushed minerals that have been extracted from the Earth’s surface. These minerals are already in all of the cosmetics that you own, but with many added chemicals. We know for a fact that the natural form of cosmetics is the most beautifying form of makeup on the market. Hundreds of women have literally transformed their faces by a simple five-minute application of foundation, eye, and lip color. You’ll never again have oily, heavy cakey feeling, that you get with traditional makeup lines. The products are versatile, long-lasting hypo-allergenic, and have a high SPF with Natural Healing Properties. We have colors that suit women of all ages, skin types and complexions. About Mineral ProductsWe know how frustrating it is for natural-products consumers to try to understand the ingredients that are in the products that they buy. We believe that the food that we ingest as well as the personal care products that we apply to our skin should be pure and natural. Our Mineral Cosmetics are completely natural with NO chemicals, synthetics, preservatives, dye or talc. We believe that this leads not only to safer, healthier lives, and glowing skin, but to a more natural beauty. Hear is a brief description of the ingredients that we use in our makeup. Titanium Dioxide: This is a naturally occurring mineral that exists in the earth’s surfaces. It provides wonderful coverage for foundation as well as a non-irritating, full-spectrum sun shield. Mica: This is an age old cosmetic used as long ago as the Egyptians. It is an almost colorless mineral that occurs naturally in the Earth’s surface. Iron Oxides: These minerals are what adds color to makeup. They are natural salts that have been oxidized in a water process. Serecite: This is a fluffy translucent mineral that can be used alone as a setting powder, and provides a silky texture to a foundation. Ferric Ferrocyanide: This is an organic pigment that provides blue tones to natural mineral pigment. Ultramarine Blue - A pigment coloring agent. How to apply Mineral Cosmetics.Foundation, Setting Powder and Blush Instructions Tap a small amount of powder into the top and swirl you Kabuki Brush into it. Tap the bottom of the handle with the brush head facing upwards on a hard surface. This settles the powder into the brush head. Firmly spread powder on clean, dry skin to evenly blend pigments. Use a buffing method. For blemishes, a separate concealer is not needed. Use a shadow brush to apply small amounts to the problem areas and blend well. For those with dry, flaky skin, loose mineral foundation can be blended with our natural lotions to create a cream foundation. First moisturize as usual, then tap a small amount of powder into the palm of your hand. Add a drop of our natural moisturizer. Blend the two products together until a smooth, creamy consistency is achieved. Use you fingers to apply. Mineral Powders have Multi- Uses Eye Shadows & Mattes - Using you shadow brush dip just the tip of the brush into your powder, then tap the brush on the side of your container, so excess powders fall back into it. This ensures that you do not use to much. Brush it gently on your lids, crease, or under the brow, making sure to blend it until it looks natural.
